The first customer service experience that we want to share with you is one that happened to us at a Chanel store. It had gone into the store to return a defective product and told by the sales associate that we would need to go to the service desk.
We went to the service desk and told that we would need to wait for a manager. We waited for about 10 minutes before a manager finally arrived. The manager proceeded to tell us that we would need to wait another 10 minutes for someone to come and help us.
We had already waiting for 20 minutes and now told that we would need to wait even longer.
Finally, someone came to help us and we were able to return the defective product. But the damage had already done. We left the store feeling angry and frustrated.
The second customer service experience that we want to share with you is one that happened to us at a different Chanel store. We had gone into the store to purchase a new product and helped by a sales associate.
The sales associate was very friendly and helpful. However, when we went to pay for the product, we told that the store didn’t have the product in stock.
It then told that we would need to wait for the product to shipped to the store. We given a shipping date and told to come back on that day.
We came back on the shipping date, but the product still wasn’t in stock.
