It’s been a long time since I’ve written a blog post and I thought it was about time to write one about my experience with Cox Communications. Recently, I had to cancel my service with them and I want to share my experience in the hopes that it will help others who are in a similar situation.
Cox Communications for TV and Internet. the TV service for about 2 years and the Internet service for about 1 year. no problems with the TV service, but I had a lot of problems with the Internet service. would constantly have to reset my modem because the Internet would go out. I called customer service and they would always tell me to reset my modem, which I did, but it would only work for a little while and then the Internet would go out again. I finally got fed up with it and decided to cancel my service.
When I called to cancel, the customer service representative was very nice and helpful. She asked me why I was cancelling and I told her about my issues with the Internet service. She said she was sorry to hear that and asked if there was anything she could do to keep me as a customer. I told her no, that I had made up my mind and wanted to cancel. She then asked if I would be willing to take a survey about my experience. I said sure and she transferred me to the survey.
The survey was short, only a few questions, and it was anonymous. I was able to give my honest feedback about my experience with Cox Communications. After the survey, the customer service representative came back on the line and thanked me for my feedback. She then processed my cancellation and that was it.
Overall, I was happy with the way Cox Communications handled my cancellation. The customer service representative was friendly and helpful and the process was quick and easy. I would recommend Cox Communications to others, but only for TV service. I would not recommend their Internet service.
